What AI Bicep Heart collects and why, how long your photos and videos are kept, which providers process them, and how to delete your data at any time.

This policy explains how AI Bicep Heart (aibicepheart.app) handles your information. AI Bicep Heart is not affiliated with TikTok.

What we collect

  1. Account information: your email address, name, and sign-in details. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us. We never receive your Google password.
  2. Photos you upload: the photos used to make a video. They are resized and stripped of metadata (including location) in your browser before upload.
  3. What you choose and type: the template you pick, or the topic and description you type for Make your own, used to generate the lyrics and the video.
  4. Generated content: the lyrics, audio and video we create for you.
  5. Payment records: order amount, date and status. Payments and any card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
  6. Usage and device data: pages visited, browser type and approximate region, used to keep the service working and secure.

How we use it

  • To generate your video and show it to you.
  • To run your account, credits and purchases.
  • To improve the product, we record feature usage events in your account, such as starting a creation, generating a video, and downloading it.
  • To prevent abuse through upload limits, consent requirements and reports. We do not currently run automated photo content or identity screening, identify public figures, or verify a person's age from a photo.
  • To answer support requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos for advertising.

Third-party processors

Making a video requires sending your photos, template instructions and any topic or description to Kie or SeeAPI, according to the generation channel in use, and to the model providers they use. Our current video model is ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Mini. We store our copies privately with Cloudflare R2.

Providers have their own retention and deletion practices. In particular, SeeAPI does not schedule automatic expiry for stored media. Deleting a video here does not automatically delete copies or logs held by a generation provider. Our AI Disclosure lists the published provider rules and how to request deletion.

We use PVUV (pvuv.ai) to understand how visitors find and use our site and to tell real visitors from bots and crawlers. It records pages viewed, referrer and campaign parameters, device and browser details, approximate location, and interaction and traffic-quality signals, and stores a visitor identifier in a first-party cookie (about 13 months) and local storage. Where consent is required, PVUV loads only after you accept analytics cookies. See PVUV's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

  • Photos and videos in our storage: access expires after 30 days and scheduled cleanup removes the files, including files attached to tasks awaiting review. Deleting a completed video hides it immediately and starts file deletion; failed storage deletions are retried.
  • Provider copies: follow the provider's separate retention policy. Email support@aibicepheart.app to request provider-side deletion; deleting our copy does not confirm that every upstream copy has been removed.
  • Account and payment records: kept while your account exists and as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
  • Task and review records: may remain without the media for billing, refunds, disputes and support. Expiring media does not itself settle or refund a pending generation charge.

Your choices and rights

  • Delete any video, together with its photo, from the result page.
  • Ask us to export or delete your account by emailing support@aibicepheart.app.
  • Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your data. Email support@aibicepheart.app to use them.

Cookies

We use cookies needed for sign-in and preferences. If you accept analytics cookies, we also use PVUV's first-party analytics cookies (about 13 months). You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Children

AI Bicep Heart is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.

Changes

We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes.
