Everything is AI-generated

Every AI Bicep Heart video is made by AI from your uploaded photos. Tiny Desk generates a performance with generated sound; other Trending templates produce silent performance or story videos. Make your own and Halloween Rap generate lyrics, music, vocals and a performance. These are synthetic scenes, not recordings of the people in your photos performing those actions.

How a video is made

1. You pick a trend template, or choose Make your own and add an optional topic and description.
2. Your photos, template choices and any topic or description are sent to a video generation service. The current model is ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Mini, accessed through the configured Kie or SeeAPI channel. Available outputs are widescreen or vertical; the template page describes its duration, sound and photo roles.
3. Trending templates use fixed reference videos and, where configured, timing audio to guide the visible performance. Tiny Desk includes generated sound, while the other Trending outputs are silent. Reference audio is not offered as a downloadable soundtrack. Make your own and Halloween Rap request original rap audio.

Processing and retention

Our private photo and video storage uses Cloudflare R2. The 30-day retention period described in our Privacy Policy applies to files in our storage, including videos awaiting review. Payment and task audit records can remain after the files are removed.

Generation services and their model providers process copies of the submitted material. Removing a video here or expiring its download link does not confirm deletion of those copies:

• Kie: its API documentation states that generated media is retained for 14 days and text/metadata logs for two months. That statement does not establish a deletion guarantee for every upstream copy. See also its privacy policy.
• SeeAPI: its data-handling guide states that stored input files, outputs, task information and moderation results have no scheduled automatic expiry; request logs are retained for 60 days. Deletion is requested through its support team. Its policy does not establish retention for upstream model providers.

These provider statements were checked on October 31, 2026. Email support@aibicepheart.app with a video link if you want us to request provider-side deletion. We do not promise immediate deletion from every provider or backup.

Labelling

• Result pages label every video as AI-generated.
• Our terms forbid presenting videos as real footage.
• We plan to add machine-readable provenance (content credentials) to exported files where the technology allows.

Please keep the "AI-generated" context when you share a video, for example in the caption or with the platform's AI label.

Limits

AI output can be wrong or odd: faces may drift, lip movement may not match every word, and lyrics may misread a detail. We do not claim the video is an accurate likeness or that it is suitable for any particular use.

Safeguards

• You must confirm consent for every photo.
• Photos of public figures, celebrities and anyone under 18 are not allowed. Videos that break this rule are removed when we find them or they are reported.
• We do not currently run automated photo content or identity screening before upload. Upload checks validate file format, size and access, not legal age, public-figure status or consent. A successful upload is not proof of permission or of compliance with these rules.
• Your topic and description are sent to the model as creative material only, with instructions not to imitate a named artist, clone a real voice or copy a song. The model's own safety filters also apply.
• Slurs, threats and harassment break our terms, and videos made to bully someone are removed.

Report misuse

If a AI Bicep Heart video uses your likeness without permission, email support@aibicepheart.app with the link. You do not need an account. We remove confirmed cases and close the accounts involved. Valid requests to remove non-consensual intimate imagery are handled within 48 hours; see Contact and Report Misuse.
