Email support@aibicepheart.app. You do not need a AI Bicep Heart account to contact us or to report a video. Signed-in customers can also open a support ticket from their account.
Support and refunds
Include your account email and, where relevant, your order number or video link. Refund rules are in the Refund Policy.
Privacy requests
Tell us what you want to access, export, correct or delete, and the account email it relates to. See the Privacy Policy.
Report misuse
Report a video that uses your likeness without permission, shows someone under 18, or breaks our Terms of Service. Send the link or a description that lets us find it, and say how we can reach you.
If the report concerns an intimate image or video of you, or of someone you are authorized to act for, shared without consent, write "Intimate image removal" in the subject. Include enough to identify the content, a good-faith statement that it was shared without consent, and your signature (typing your name is enough). We remove confirmed content within 48 hours of receiving a valid request.
