Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Bicep Heart (aibicepheart.app). By creating an account or a video you agree to them. AI Bicep Heart is not affiliated with TikTok.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

Photos and consent

• Upload only your own photo, or a photo of someone who has given you permission to use it for this purpose.
• Do not upload photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures, or of anyone under 18.
• You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

We may block, remove or refuse any photo or video that appears to break these rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use AI Bicep Heart to create content that:

• impersonates someone, or is meant to deceive people into thinking a real person said or did something;
• harasses, threatens, sexualizes or demeans anyone;
• promotes hate, violence or illegal activity;
• infringes anyone's rights.

Breaking these rules can lead to removal of content and closure of your account without refund of used credits.

AI-generated content

Videos are generated by AI and may contain mistakes or unexpected results. Every video is AI-generated, and when you share one you agree not to present it as real footage. See the AI Disclosure.

Credits and payments

Videos are paid for with credits bought in one-time packs. Credit cost depends on resolution (see Pricing): 20 credits at 480p (default), 45 at 720p. Credits never expire, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Ownership

You keep the rights you have in your photo. Subject to these terms and to the terms of our AI providers, you may use your generated videos for personal and commercial purposes. You give us the limited permission needed to process your photo and store your video to provide the service.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Output length, quality and available templates can change as the underlying models change.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
