Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to photos submitted to AI Bicep Heart at aibicepheart.app, generated videos and the way you share them. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Adults only, with permission

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Each generation starts with one photo of:

• You, provided you are at least 18.
• Another consenting adult, who has agreed to having this photo used for an AI bicep heart video.
• Your own pet, using a photo you have the right to upload.

Having a copy of a photo, finding it online or knowing the person does not establish permission. You need rights to the photograph as well as the depicted adult's consent. Obtain permission for your intended sharing too; private generation is not permission for public distribution.

Do not upload any photo showing a minor, including in the background. Do not upload public figures or celebrities, even if the photo is publicly available or you claim to have permission. Do not upload a photo of a pet you do not own.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use the service or its results to:

• Mislead people, impersonate someone, fabricate evidence or suggest an endorsement that did not happen.
• Harass, bully, threaten, humiliate or target a person without consent.
• Create sexual, nude, exploitative or fetish content, including content that sexualizes a person or animal.
• Promote hate, violence, animal cruelty or illegal activity.
• Infringe privacy, image rights, copyright, trademarks or other rights.
• Upload stolen material, seek access to someone else's media or account, evade safety restrictions or disrupt the service.

Do not submit prohibited material to test whether a safety filter will allow it. Automated provider checks do not replace your responsibility to follow these rules.

Share transparently

Videos show an invented AI scene. Use a clear AI-generated label when sharing them and follow the receiving platform's disclosure requirements. Do not present the video as footage of something the subject actually did. Our AI Disclosure explains the generation process and its limitations.

Reports and enforcement

Report misuse to support@aibicepheart.app. Anyone may report a concern without creating an account. Include the relevant video link or identifier, the rule you believe was broken and enough context for us to investigate. If your own image was used without permission, say so. Avoid sending extra sensitive documents unless we request them to verify a report.

We respond within 24 hours on business days. We may review reported content, remove it, refuse a generation or restrict an account when needed to address violations. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights. See our Privacy Policy for how report information and media are handled.
